FIELD: food industry; compositions for production of soft drinks.
SUBSTANCE: dry mix for the preparation of a sports drink comprising whey protein concentrate, egg white, dry vegetable cream, xanthan gum and a sweetener, differs in that dry whey protein concentrate KSB-80 is used as whey protein concentrate, egg albumin is used as egg protein, and maltodextrin and fructose are used as a sweetener, in addition, the mixture additionally comprises dry cheese whey and a vitamin premix with the following content of components, wt.%: dry whey protein concentrate KSB-80 30.0-31.0, egg albumin 11.0-12.0, dry vegetable cream 6.6-7.0, xanthan gum 0.20-0.22, dry milk whey with cheese 30.0-31.0, vitamin premix 0.12 -0.15, maltodextrin 5.0-5.5, fructose is the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a product with a high nutritional and biological value of the finished product, which comprises easily digestible proteins, vitamins and microelements of completely biogenic origin, the finished product provides the athlete with jerking power during intense physical activity, increases his/her endurance and performance during training and competitions in strength and speed sports.
