SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Functional food product in the form of a bar consists of a filling and a coating. Filling contains: glucose syrup, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, hydrolysed collagen, glycerine, dried cranberries and/or dried cranberries powder, fruit-and-berry powder, grape seed flour, hemobin, mineral premix ND PRIME VITA PREMIX 60, citric acid, flavouring agent "Cherry", potassium sorbate, sweetener, polyphenols, water, as well as a vitamin premix. Vitamin premix includes vitamin C, niacin, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12. Coating contains sugar, vegetable fat, alkalized cocoa powder with low fat content, an emulsifier and a flavouring agent.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with high biological and nutritional value.
