METHOD OF INDIRECT AUSCULTATION IMPLEMENTATION IN SEALED OBJECT (PRESSURE CHAMBER) Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B7/00

Abstract RU 2349257 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine (functional diagnostics), particularly methods of auscultative body parameter reading, transfer and record for humans and laboratory animals (biological objects). Invention can be applied both in experimental environment and in exhaust operation of pressure chamber. Method of indirect auscultation involves data reading and transfer in the form of electric signals from mutated gas environment of sealed object (pressure chamber) to outer space by sealed inputs, hardware amplification, software amplification, noise filtering, graphic presentation and recording in PC files, and sound reproduction. Inside sealed object (pressure chamber) sound undergoes reading and primary amplification by microstethoscope cone, is further transferred to sealed high-sensotovity carbon microphone connected to it, where sound oscillation is converted into electric signal. This signal is transferred to outer space by two-core wire through sealed inputs of pressure chamber. Signals from external contacts of sealed inputs are transferred to power amplifier mounted outside the pressure chamber and further either to sound reproduction devices (head phones, acoustic dynamics) for immediate listening or to sound card of personal computer. Auscultation is performed directly by exhaust operators, maintenance medic monitors procedure implementation from outside of sealed object and controls actions over communication means.

EFFECT: accelerated diagnostics and treatment actions, simplified auscultation procedure.
