FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: adjustable power throttle comprises a casing accommodating a sleeve fixed therein and two rotary throttling elements fitted inside aforesaid sleeve and representing cups inserted aligned one into another. The cups outer surfaces have a number of throttling grooves arranged parallel to the throttle axis. There are slots arranged on the cups and sleeves surfaces along the axis. Two groups of through holes integrated by the separated slots are arranged in a line along the axis. The slots are made at the following points, i.e. on inner cup outer surface, the outer cup inner and outer surfaces and sleeve inner surface. The throttling grooves start from the slots on the cups outer surfaces. The said cups are closed with covers. The inner cup features blind channels that communicate both groups of holes. One group of the sleeve holes communicates with the input channel, the second group being connected with the output channel.

EFFECT: reduced friction between power throttle elements and a moment of turning in operation under pressure without cutting off device.
