FIELD: electrohydromechanics; manufacture of rockets and aircraft; shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: mounted on body is electric motor whose shaft is connected with drive gear of three-gear pump mounted in inner cavity of body filled with working fluid and communicated with working chambers of spool-type hydraulic distributor. Hydraulic distributor includes electromechanical converter with spring-loaded bell mounted on its shaft. Secured to bell crank ends are two spool-type plungers located in hollow shafts of driven gears of pump. Walls of shafts have through radial holes which are partially closed by spool-type plungers. Working chambers of hydraulic distributor are connected with cavities of actuating hydraulic cylinder. External shafts of driven gears are provided with circular grooves whose width is equal to or exceeds maximum size of through radial holes in plane passing through axial lines of shafts; it is equal to or is lesser than width of working chambers of hydraulic distributors. Edges of through radial holes are located inside circular grooves. Radius of cylindrical surface of circular grooves is determined by analytical relationship. Provision is made for suppression of local vortex disturbances of working fluid in zones of throttle orifices of spool-type hydraulic distributor at simultaneous increase of hydrodynamic force acting on spool-type plungers.
EFFECT: enhanced stability and sensitivity of servo unit.
