SUBSTANCE: machine-readable record carrier with the mixed code written down on it is offered; it includes: area of the first code image where the first code image received by coding of the first information contains, with use of colour, a shade or their combination, and area of the second code image in which the second code image received by coding of the second information contains, with use of colour, a shade or their combination. The first code image and-or the second code image include results of the information of interpretation of coding, the information of construction, the control information over errors and information of a direction of a code. The mixed code is received by difference regulation in colour and brightness between images of the first and second codes to the set level and a combination of these images. The first and second code images can be decoded effectively by decoding of the information of interpretation, the information of construction, the control information over errors and information of a direction of the code, the saved in first and-or second code images.

EFFECT: increase in data quantity which can be contained in the mixed code, by change or addition of the additional information to the code.
