FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry, provides for seven chewing gum compositions, resistant to slump loss. First composition of chewing gum includes fluid filler and layer of chewing gum around it, including base. Mentioned layer of chewing gum additionally contains composition, containing sorbite in quantity up to 10 wt % of mentioned layer weight and mannitol in quantity 40-60 wt % of mentioned layer weight. Second composition of chewing gum contains center filler and layer of chewing gum, surrounding it. Mentioned layer of chewing gum contains component which prevent moisture spread, containing sorbite and mannitol. The third composition provides for chewing gum layer containing maltitol in quantity 40-60 wt % of mentioned chewing gum layer weight and sorbite in quantity up to 10 wt % of mentioned chewing gum layer weight. The forth composition of chewing gum makes separate chewing gum weighting 0.5-3 g and contains center filler in quantity up to 20 wt % of mentioned chewing gum composition and a layer of chewing gum in quantity 40-97 wt % of mentioned chewing gum composition. Mentioned chewing gum layer contains composition, containing sorbite and maltitol. Cover in quantity 2-60 wt % of mentioned chewing gum composition contains inner layer of pre-coating. The fifth composition makes separate chewing gum weighting 0.5-3 g and provides for chewing gum layer contains sorbite and maltitol, as well as chewing gum base, picked from group, consisting of krylenes, polyisobutylene, isobutene-isoprene interdimer, polyethylene, polyvinyl acetate and its combinations. Sixth chewing gum composition making separate chewing gum weighting 0.5-3 g contains centre filler in quantity up to 10 wg % of mentioned chewing gum composition weight, chewing gum layer in quantity 55-65 wt % of mentioned chewing gum composition weight containing sorbite and maltitol and layer in quantity 25-35 wt % of mentioned chewing gum composition weight. Seventh composition contains fluid filler, containing more than 25 wt % of sorbite solution and chewing layer containing sorbite and maltitol. Method of manufacturing for multi-layer composition of chewing gum with filled centre, which is one more invention object provides for extrusion of binder with fluid filler consisting of chewing gum layer, containing at least one polyol containing sorbite and mannitol. Mentioned binder is calibrated, put into tablet forming machine, cooled down, separate parts of mentioned binder filed with liquid are formed. Hard coating is put over binder. Separate part of chewing gum weighting 0.5-3 g is obtained.

EFFECT: fluid filler keeps its liquid condition during period of storage, its migration into surrounding chewing gum layer and through it is prevented.
