FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The chewing gum composition contains a core and one or several surrounding layers. At least one of the one or of several layers surrounding the core is/are represented by a chewing gum layer. The core contains the first material in a powder form with particles average size being 250 - 1000 microns. The very external layer of the one or of several layers contain(s) coating. The said coating contains the second material in a powder form with particles average size being 60 - 200 microns. Additionally, one proposes a chewing gum product, a chewing gum composition manufacture method and a method for delivery of double cooling sense into the oral cavity of the consumer.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture chewing gum giving a cooling sense in the mouth of the consumer and improved taste sense due to sequential dissolution of powdery materials in the coating and in the core.
