SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. The recipe components are prepared, hen's eggs are boiled, peeled and cut, lettuce parsley leaves and dill leaves are cut and frozen, imitation crabmeat is cut. The ingredients above-mentioned are mixed with culinary salt and calcium ascorbate under oxygen-free conditions. Sour cream and mayonnaise are mixed, obtained mixtures are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: this method allows manufacturing of new canned food for dietary feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
