SUBSTANCE: preserves preparation method includes boiling, peeling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching onions, cutting and freezing dill, cutting chicken fillet, boiling rice till 150% weight increase, mixing the listed components under oxygen free conditions with preserved sweet corn, table salt and calcium ascorbate, packing the obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: new canned dietary food features increased digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
