FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Method provides for preparation of the recipe components, hen's eggs boiling, peeling and cutting, tomatoes cutting and blanching, parsley leaves cutting and freezing, chicken fillet, ham and tofu cutting, mixing of listed components with canned corn and calcium ascorbate, packing of obtained mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation. All ingredients are added in accordance with certain ratio.
EFFECT: this method allows manufacturing of new canned food for dietary feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
