FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: after recipe components preparation one performs chicken eggs boiling, shelling and cutting. Lettuce and greens of parsley and dill are cut and frozen. Crab sticks are cut. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water, maintained for swelling and mixed with crab sticks and eggs. The listed components are mixed with salt and packed into the container together with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. Then one performs sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
