FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food for space feeding. Method involves preparation of recipe components, cutting, blanching and mincing raw onions, freezing and mincing dill leaves, cutting and mincing duck meat. The said components are mixed with rice vodka, bone broth, salt and CO2 extract of red hot pepper. The obtained mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, pressurized and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
