SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting, blanching and mincing onions, freezing and mincing dill, mincing duck meat, mixing the said ingredients with cognac, bone broth, salt and CO2-extract of red hot pepper, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
