Spend a line perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of a diaphysis of a femur through anatomic reference points. Also spend a line through a longitudinal axis of the neck of femur. Measure two distances, formed by these lines, and longitudinal axis of a neck of femur and a diaphysis longitudinal axis. Calculate an antetorsion angle under the formula 
EFFECT: method allows to raise accuracy of determination of a neck of femur position in a coronal plane.
