FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to operative orthopedics, and can be used in hip joint endoprosthesis replacement operations to determine the torsion of the femoral neck before the operation and the torsion of the neck of the femoral component of the endoprosthesis after the operation. Method for femoral neck torsion determination comprises performing X-ray examination in patient’s position on back with shinning crus from table edge, directing X-ray to center of femoral head, wherein initially on a shin along its anatomical axis a spatial position sensor is fixed, including a MEMS system, wirelessly connected to a personal computer, then the hip is installed so that the anatomical axis of the femur is parallel to the longitudinal body axis, the lower hip part is fixed in the pivot block attached to the table edge, to enable the hip turn about its anatomical axis, shin is set into the initial vertical position according to data transmitted to the personal computer from the spatial position sensor, in the X-ray mode, the shin is rotated around the anatomical axis of the femur bone to the outside and inside, at that, to the personal computer from the X-ray apparatus, images of the hip joint are transmitted, and from the spatial position sensor – values of the deviation angle from the initial position, from the images that one is selected, at which the offset value is maximum, wherein the deviation angle corresponding to said image is the desired femoral neck torsion angle.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher accuracy and simplification of femoral neck torsion.
