SUBSTANCE: for treatment of keloid or hypertrophic cicatrixes of a skin unitary freeze a cicatrical tissue on a site in diameter 1 the exposition of 15-20 seconds. Thus rate of handpiece cooling makes 220°C/minute. Temperature on a working part of the handpiece makes 180°C. Then, without waiting of thawing, a laser photocoagulation in a pulsed operation is carried out. Frequency of a pulsed operation makes 10-12 Hz, power 5 W. All area of cicatrix is treated in the same way.
