FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial, plastic, reconstructive and general surgery. One time cryoexposure to scar tissue is performed with cooling rate of tip 220 °C/min and temperature on tip working portion 180 °C, exposition 15–20 s. After that, without waiting for thawing, laser exposure is performed. Herewith, cryoexposure to scar tissue is performed with gripping of adjoining areas of intact tissues with width of 0.5–1 mm. Then laser exposure is carried out on frozen tissues with light scalpel of carbon dioxide laser, with wavelength of 10.6 mcm in continuous mode with power of 3–6 W till their complete removal. After the operation, a restorative therapy is performed on a remote cicatrix till the wound is healed. As a restorative therapy, it is suggested to perform Ceroxin gel application 2–3 times or to insert into the cicatrix of the scar an injection of plasma enriched with growth factors, volume 0.1 ml to depth of 0.5 cm, pointwise at 0.5–1.0 cm from each other friend.
EFFECT: method enables timely adequate treatment of the given head and neck pathology, provides early rehabilitation and a good aesthetic and cosmetic result, reduces the number of complications, reduces the length of rehabilitation, wherein the operation can be performed on an out-patient basis.
