FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: simultaneous joint physiotherapeutic influence repeating during several days by a magnetic field, infra-red laser radiation and radiation of light-emitting diodes on area of a postoperative wound is performed. Physiotherapeutic influence is carried out starting from the second day after operation, within 10 days, twice a day during morning and evening time, with a therapy break for the fourth day. And from the first till the third day laser radiation is influenced at frequency of repetition of impulses of 5 Hz, powers of radiation 30 mW and duration of 6 minutes. From the fifth till the tenth day laser radiation at frequency of repetition of impulses from 50 Hz to 600 Hz, power of continuous radiation is influenced of the light-emitting diodes 60 mW and duration of influence of 5 minutes.
EFFECT: acceleration of an angenesis of patients after operation, analgesic effect, absence of purulent complications, possibility to refuse a fixing thoracal corset.
