FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of minerals, particularly, to preparation of fluorite ore for dressing. Method consists in crushing of fluorite ores, including screening and successive reduction of ore size by dry crushing so that non-sludged end product is obtained. At that, the ore crushing into fractions is carried out in three stages, respectively: to the size of minus 150-160 mm, to the size of minus 50-60 mm, to the size of minus 10-15 mm, before each crushing step, screening is carried out with separation of the oversize product fed to the corresponding crushing step, wherein undersize product is directed to next screening stage, wherein jaw crusher with variable plate corrugations is used at first ore crushing step. End non-sludge product with fineness of minus 10-15 mm is a ready fraction for further processing and enables to obtain high process enrichment factors in the fluorite concentrate.
EFFECT: production of narrow classified non-sludge crushed product.
