FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: layer of powdery components with thickness of 2-3 mm is placed in gap between joined substrate from structural steel and plate from alloyed steel, and reaction of self-distributing high-temperature synthesis (SHS) is initiated in boiling mode by heating in vacuum furnace to the temperature of 1200-1300°C. Charge is used that contains the following components, wt %: alloyed steel 8-80; titanium carbide 15-16; chrome boride 2-3; aluminium 2-3. Weld joint is provided in the area of structural steel substrate and alloyed steel plate joining.
EFFECT: method realisation labour intensiveness is considerably reduced due to absence of strict requirements to strength of fixtures, efficiency is increased due to reduction in cost of ingredients that make powdery mixture for making of weld seam.
