FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to well operation of multi-formation hydro-carbon deposits. The method consists in drill-string running at least one column without or with a blanked-off end with at least one working packer lowered below upper formation without or with a string breaker below and above of which there are lowered at least by one seats for supplying working agent through them correspondingly to lower and upper formations, further the method consists in packer seating and in pressure testing the packer from above. According to the invention before running into a well the pipe string is additionally equipped with at least one process packer without or with the string breaker installed under the packer. The string breaker is arranged at a specified distance over the working packer. Before or after running pipe string into the well removable blind plugs in the capacity of removable valves are installed into seats. Further the pipe string is run and the working packer is arranged at the specified depth. By means of the string breaker lower pipe string is detached with the working packer from the upper pipe string; the upper pipe string is lifted with the process packer at the specified distance. Setting the packer is performed thus creating zone of pipe string disconnection between the process and working packers. The working packer is pressure tested by means of building pressure inside the pipe string and in the said zone between the packers. When tightness of working packer seat is checked and ensured, the process packer is released and lifted above ground together with the upper pipe string. The well is put into operation or the upper pipe string is run into the well without the process packer and is connected with the lower pipe string. Further by means of cable rope removable blind plugs are replaced in seats with removable connecting branches and working agent is pumped through them into corresponding formations or fluid is withdrawn.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method due to tightness of packer seat, also possibility to test packer tightness and to develop above laying formations separately.
