FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: waste gas circulation valve comprises body with chambers communicating with ICE intake and exhaust systems, and sleeve with stem moving free there inside. Intake chamber features tapered shape, while exhaust chamber is cylinder. Along latter and at its central part, arranged is sleeve with stepwise ledge made on one of the sleeve ends to be fixed in the central hole of round partition rigidly fixed in the body and furnished with four holes symmetric relative to the axes. The aforesaid sleeve second end receives stop, rigidly fitted inside the said sleeve and furnished, on the opposite side, with cylindrical recess to receive the aforesaid cylindrical ledge made at the metal plate centre to lock the sleeve. The sleeve houses spring and con rod with its one end resting upon the aforesaid spring. The other end of the said rod accommodates piston rigidly attached thereto with its diameter equal to that of the intake chamber tapered part lower base. The diameter of intermediate part between the intake and exhaust chambers is smaller than that of the intake chamber tapered part lower base. The metal plate rigidly attached to the body has four holes symmetric relative the axes.
EFFECT: automated control over waste gas circulation, reduced waste gas toxicity.
