FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics and concerns a way of colouring of eosinophilic granulocytes in sputum smears. The way consists in the following: the smear of sputum fixed in a flame an admixture of peer volumes of 0.5% of a solution of eosine of a potassium in ethyl alcohol and 5% of an aqueous solution of Phenolum is painted then counterstain using the methylene blue solution.
EFFECT: rising of accuracy of revealing of eosinophilic granulocytes in smears of a sputum and simplification of diagnostics of inflammatory diseases of lungs of the allergic nature.
