FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radio engineering of SHF and may be used in devices for detection of SHF signals. Technical result is achieved by arrangement of cut 6 in section 3 of transmission line, and cut length is λ/2, where λ is average working length in line, and installation of conducting SHF element 7 in cut 6, and this element is connected to section 3 by means of back-to-back SHF diodes 8 and 9 and capacitor 11.
EFFECT: higher sensitivity.
