FIELD: physics; computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to engineering cybernetics and is meant for exchange between system databases with prevention of repeated recording of already available data. There is central generation of unique keys for types of records and types with possible repetition are noted by features. When entering a copy of a record into the database, a unique key is generated, and in the presence of a feature, a centralised unique key for the copy is requested and stored. During exchange of a copy with a feature, the centralised unique key of the copy is supplemented. During reception, there is detection of availability in the database of records, present in the exchange array, and the links to the records are readdressed. To implement the method, the exchange system has centralised devices and a unit for storing unique keys of types and copies of data records, features indicating need for tracking, servicing requests for the metadata device. In the database there are devices and units for storing unique keys of types and copies of data records, features for control, generation, reception and conversion of exchange arrays.
EFFECT: prevention of repeated recording of data, which are already in the database of the receiver and which are once again coming from a new database of a source, as well as correct combination of data from several databases of sources in a single logically related information array.
