FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for manufacturing of confectionary goods, which are represented by edible panels for composition of knitting models. Panels have at least one L-shaped joggle of first type and one attaching hole, which can be used for insertion of other panel's joggle. Self-knitting model kit contains mentioned panels. Other version of self-knitting model kit contains edible panel of first type, which has at least one L-shaped joggle of first type, at that the joggle has rounded bent segment. The kit also contains edible panel of second type, which has at least one attaching hole, possible for insertion of first type joggle and third type edible panel, having first connective segment, containing at least two lobes, namely - first lobe, second lobe and first cavity; and second connective segment, containing at least two lobes, namely third lobe and forth lobe, connective angle and second cavity, at that connective angle, third lobe, second cavity and forth lobe are seriated, beginning from bottom of second connective segment.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce edible panels, which can be used for knitting of variety of different models.
