SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fast food. Edible food container contains two halves of the same shape and design, each of which is made of baked dough and has the shape of a thin-walled container with side walls on which projections and hollows are made. Each half is made in plan in shape of tray, symmetrical relative to at least one axis, passing along surface of tray bottom, and both halves are connected to each other with arrangement of ledges of one half in recesses of other half to form hollow thin-wall shell. Along edge of side walls of each tray there is support end platform for mutual support of trays on each other at their connection. Ledges and recesses in each tray are located along said support platform on side of outer wall of tray, projections are located above level of support platform, and cavities on outer wall of tray are located below this level. Note here that inner surface of bottom part of every half has stiffness ribs in the form of mutually intersecting ledges while ledges in every half are arranged at acute angle to plane lying on half support end surface.
EFFECT: invention ensures integrity of halves of container during their briquetting and eating.
