SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to food industry, namely to bakery production and cooking. An edible food container contains two halves that are identical in shape and design. Each of the halves is made of baked dough and has the shape of a thin-walled tray with side walls, on which protrusions and recesses are made. Along the edge of the side walls of each tray, a supporting end platform is made for mutual support of the trays on each other when they are connected. The protrusions are located above the level of the support platform, and the recesses are located below this level. The protrusions and recesses in each tray are located along the supporting end platform. Parts of the protrusions placed in the recesses are located with a contact fit to the surface of the arcuate bottom and with an emphasis on the protruding parts of the tray wall, formed in the transition zones of each protrusion into the adjacent cavity. A thermal mold is used to bake the container.
