FIELD: confectionery industry
SUBSTANCE: edible container contains two halves, identical in shape and design, each of which is made of baked dough and has the form of a thin-walled tray with side walls, on which protrusions and depressions are made. Each half is made in plan according to the shape of the tray, symmetrical about at least one axis passing along the bottom surface of the tray. Both halves are interconnected with the projections of one half in the depressions of the other half to form a hollow thin-walled shell. Along the edge of the side walls of each tray, a supporting end platform is made for mutual support of the trays on each other when they are connected. The protrusions are located above the level of the support platform. The protrusions in each half are inclined at an acute angle to the plane lying on the supporting end area of the half. Protrusions and depressions in each tray are located along the support platform on the inner side of the half wall. Each protrusion is made of two parts in height, the lower part of which, in the form of a part protruding from the wall, is located not higher than the surface of the supporting end platform and is connected through roundings with the upper part protruding above the indicated platform. The width of this part along the reference end platform is made less than the width of the lower part, measured along the same reference end platform. The width of the depressions between the lower parts of the protrusions is not less than the width of the upper part, measured along the supporting end platform. On the outer surface of each half, in the areas between the upper parts of the protrusions, recesses are made, shaped in response to the shape of the upper parts of the protrusions for locating these protrusions in these recesses when inserting the halves one into another when creating a briquette in the form of a container.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the edible container.
