FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, cutting pickled cucumbers, mixing the said ingredients with "Yuzgniy" sauce, culinary salt, calcium ascorbate, black pepper and laurel leaf without oxygen access, cutting tongue, packing the tongue, the obtained mixture and mayonnaise. The following amount of recipe components is used (mass fractions): tongue 608.7-635.87, fresh cucumbers 142.17, tomatoes 146.87, lettuce 71.74, pickled cucumbers 35.54, "Yuzgniy" sauce 5.22, culinary salt 12, calcium ascorbate 0.98, black hot pepper 0.15, laurel leaf 0.06, mayonnaise before the yield of target product 1000. Then the preserved product is sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserved product obtained by the mentioned method has enhanced digestibility.
