FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely neurosurgery. Firm cerebral cover is dissected linearly on extent nearby 4 cm over tumour zone. Internal part of tumour is removed before reduction of strain of firm cerebral cover. Then the cut of firm cerebral cover is prolonged and neoplasm rest is removed.
EFFECT: stage-by-stage cut of a firm cerebral cover allows preventing infringement of brain in operational aperture that provides decrease of operation traumatism and warns risk of development of postoperative neurologic deficiency.
