SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods of drug-free health improvement of a human body, strengthening of all its protective functions and systems. Method for restoring and strengthening endoecological protection of a human body during a thirteen-day course consists in pre-polling, measurement and computer diagnostics of the patient's health, determining its initial physiological and psychological state, detecting biological age, vital capacity of lungs, adaptation potential, blood glucose level. Whole course of recovery is performed against the backdrop of unloading food with the use of khichdi porridge, rice porridge and pea mush, herbal teas and de-worming program. Restoration and strengthening of human endoecological protection is carried out in four stages. First stage involves preparation of intestines with the help of oils, an enema with herbal cleaning composition and microclyster with blue iodine, as well as flora normalization with herbal remedies from the first till thirteenth days of the course, morning of the first day begins preparation of the body for intestinal cleaning, using for oiling kefir composition with beaten vegetable oils with additional heating projection area on the anterior abdominal wall of the thick and small intestine, after that, the patients drink "castor oil" composition, the same "castor oil" administration procedure is repeated in the evening and for ten following days in the morning and in the evening with a break on the sixth and seventh days of the course, further during the day, the herbal cleansing composition is taken, kissel of blue clay, blue iodine, apple juice, large enema of 2 liters of water and 2-herb of herbs composition, as well as microclyster, for patients with proctologic diseases clay is used as lotions introduced into the anus, raw potatoes and a special composition of vitamin oil may also be used. At the second stage, from the second to the twelfth days, gastric cleansing is performed, including for activation of pancreas and spleen cleansing with herbal decoction, for example chamomile, with addition of sea salt. Third stage involves improvement of the hepatic filtering capacity, which is the most powerful filter of the human endoecological protection system, wherein from the third to sixth days in the morning and in the evening oil compositions and juice mixtures are consumed, and from the eighth to the tenth days an oil-onion-yolk mixture which is also taken twice a day. Fourth stage is carried out from the fifth to the twelfth day of the course; it includes improvement of the filtering capacity of the kidneys, which are another filter of the endoecological protection system of the human body, herbal compositions including, for example, chamomile and dill; the seventh day is followed by additional cleaning of intestines with Khichdi porridge; practical exercises on psychological unloading with relaxing physical and respiratory exercises are conducted. From the second half of the eleventh to the thirteenth day, the patients are sequentially complicated to activate digestion: stewed vegetables, porridges, dried fruits, fresh vegetable salads, wherein conditions are created for purifying the body's vascular system, building the body cells in an environmentally clean environment, reducing the biological age of the individual, increasing the adaptation potential to the environment, normalizing the hormonal system.
