FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soldering field. Particularly it relates to methods of composite solder alloy receiving and can be used in drilling technique for abrasive coat soldering on effective tool surfaces. Method is that in graphite mold, coated by graphitic disperse powder it is located in layers charge, at first there are crushed particles of hard alloy, then solder alloy and flux. Then it is installed in furnace detachable heat-insulating screen, it is implemented furnace heating till the temperature for 150-200°C higher liquidus temperature of charge solder alloy. Then mold is located into furnace and after spontaneous temperature reduction, temperature in furnace is rose till the liquidus temperature of charge solder alloy, temperature is hold on this level during the time, which is enough for composition of matter formation. After that mold is taken out from furnace, is cooled down on air till the temperature of shrinkage beginning of received composite solder alloy, composite solder alloy is exhausted from mold and cooled down on air. Additionally in the capacity of solder alloy it is used brass, and in the capacity of flux it is used mixture, containing borer (Na2B2O7)10H2O, boric acid H3BO3 and CaF or NH4F at content of CaF or NH4F in mixture 4-5% and relation of borer content and boric acid in parts 0.8-1 and 1-1.2 properly.
EFFECT: absence of filler and band oxidation when in use of solder alloy preparation, improvement of solder alloy.
