FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to manufacturing in blast furnaces rerolling and vanadium cast iron. Method includes charging and smelting of ore ingredients of charge, coke, flux and iron-containing admixtures, insufflation into furnace forge of hydrocarbon alternate materials of coke, yield of vanadic cast iron and titanous slag. It is measured pressure of gas mixture in furnace, it is defined silicon content in a cast iron depending on content of gas mixture pressure in furnace and empirically determined coefficients, equal to correspondingly 0.4-7.2 and 1.1-4.2, and it is regulated cast iron content, keeping content of Si in it in limits 0.05-0.12% pressure change of gas mixture in furnace.

EFFECT: improving of blast furnace performance.
