FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy. Particularly it relates to preparation technology of aluminium casting alloy, for instance silumins. It is implemented charge material melting, melt verheating till 990-1000°C, melt isolation at overheating temperature, melt cooling by preprepared solid metallic burden materials, refinement and melt casting. Charging of preprepared solid metallic burden materials is implemented fractional. The first portion is introduced at overheating temperature and is 8-10% of mass of basic stock. The second portion is introduced at the temperature 860-870°C and is 4-6% of mass of basic stock. The third portion is introduced at the temperature 750-760°C and is 4-6% of mass of basic stock.
EFFECT: increasing of mechanical properties of aluminium alloys.
