FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to foundation engineering, in particular to erection of piled foundations on earth foundations: filled and naturally arranged ones, with specific (subsidence, swelling, heaving, shifting, biogenic and other) properties with application of ferrous metallurgy slags. Method for manufacture of bored pile from slags in rolled wells includes well making without earth excavation, layerwise filling of well with hardening material, with further tightening of every layer. Cylindrical-conical well is made by rolling to project depth, by means of soil displacement by spindle-shaped roller into borehole vicinity. Then bottom of rolled well is first saturated in portions with slag crushed stone till moment of conventional balance is established between complete longitudinal force given to spindle-shaped roller and reaction of repulse from bottom saturated with slag crushed stone, after that borehole of rolled well is filled with portions of slag crushed stone with tightening of every portion by means of rolling at full longitudinal force applied at spindle-shaped roller. Size of slag crushed stone grain should not exceed 1/6 diameter of shaping cylinder of spindle-shaped roller. Volume of portion should not exceed 1/2 of geometric volume of spindle-shaped roller of wells.
EFFECT: transformation of construction properties and physical-mechanical characteristics of filled soils and earth foundations.
