FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of cast-in-place pile construction out of soil and slag mix with solidification activating agent in expanded wells involves: forming cylindrical-conical well up to design depth by expansion, by soil expression with spindle-shaped expander to borehole environment. Then bottomhole of expanded well is first filled with broken slag in portions up to a moment of constrained equilibrium between full longitudinal force applied to spindle-shaped expander and bearing reaction of bottomhole filled with broken slag, with further filling of expanded well borehole by portions of prepared air dry mix including soil, broken slag and activating agent. Percent ratio of air-dry mix is defined by the results of research for soils of pile construction area. Afterwards a portion of air-dry mix is compressed by expansion at full longitudinal force applied to spindle-shaped expander, in dry state at first, then spindle-shaped expander is extracted from expanded well, a portion of water is added to expanded well, spindle-shaped expander is inserted to perform compression once more. The cycle is repeated to fill expanded well borehole completely, and amount of added water is defined depending on expanded soil and air-dry mix humidity. Well mouth is also filled with a portion of broken slag with further compression by expansion by full longitudinal force applied to spindle-shaped expander. Pile top surface is leveled to match design level of pit bottom.
EFFECT: conversion of construction properties and physical and mechanical parametres of bulk soil and natural basement soils.
