FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building, in particular to ways of erection of the bearing stilts combined on a material having rigid head embedment in a monolithic raft foundation (basement), converting building properties of poor, waterlogged, organogenic, friable and other priming coats. The way of manufacturing of the bearing in situ pile combined on a material, including formation of a driven well without a dredging, driven well filling the material layerwise with the subsequent consolidation of each layer. Saturation with rubble performed before the conditional limiting balance arising between transferred on the fusiform roller by an axial force and repulse of a ground saturated with rubble, then concrete the top part of the unrolled driven well a mobile concrete mix of a class not less than B 15 with the subsequent consolidation and reinforcing, further establish a ring casing and form concreting a pile top to a design mark, thus the expense of rubble on saturation of a face and a lot of a trunk of the unrolled driven well define under the formula: - conditional geometrical volume of the unrolled driven well, m3; d - diameter of the fusiform roller of driven wells by a cylindrical part, m; lc - length of a lot of cylindrical part of the unrolled driven well which is settled down in a poor ground, m; lk-length of a cone-shaped part of the fusiform roller of driven wells, m; lm=3d-length of the face saturated with rubble below an edge of the unrolled driven well, m; k=e0/es - the factor considering ability of structure of a poor earth layer of nearby borehole space to absorb in rubble; e0 a -void ratio of a weak ground before rolling-off the driven well; es a ground-void ratio in the condensed working area near the pile space, corresponding to its density in a dry condition (ρds, t/m3); consumption of concrete for filling of a trunk of the top lot of the unrolled driven well and formation of head is defined under the formula: where m - the factor equal 1.05, considering actual diameter of unrolled driven well; d - diameter of a cylindrical part of the fusiform roller of driven well, m; lc - length of a concrete cylindrical lot of the unrolled driven well, m; h - pile top height, m.

EFFECT: increase of a load-carrying capacity of poor earth foundations of the bases possessing specific properties, and also during operations in winter conditions.
