FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to foundation - building, in particular, to building of piles foundations on earth bases: filled - up and naturally formed, possessing specific (slumping, swelling, heaving, and earth flowing, biogenic and other) qualities using slag of ferrous metallurgy. Method of manufacturing of cast - in - place piles of earth - slag mixture in rolled - out holes includes formation of cylindrical - conic hole without excavation of earth by extrusion of earth by means of spindle - shaped roller into the space around the hole. Then, at first, mining face of the rolled - out hole is saturated with broken slag in portions reaching the moment of constrained equilibrium between the supplied to the spindle - like roller full longitudinal effort and repulse reaction of the saturated with broken slag mining face; thereafter the shank of the rolled - out hole is filled in series: first, portion of local earth is supplied, followed by portion of a broken slag, each portion of earth - slag mixture gets packed over the layer of broken slag by rolling with full longitudinal effort over the spindle - like roller, whereat volume of the portion of the earth and broken slag are determined experimentally depending upon the characteristics of the local earth, and wellhead is filled with portion of the broken slag with consecutive packing by rolling - out. Making piles in frozen earth or on fill - up soil having big solid inclusions diameter whereof is bigger than I % diameter of the forming cylinder of the spindle - like roller leading hole is preliminary drilled diameter whereof is not bigger than the diameter of the forming cylinder of the spindle -like roller and depth not more than the project depth of the hole, after that drilled hole is rolled - out by spindle -like roller.
EFFECT: transformation of constructional properties and physical - mechanical characteristics of filled - up soils and earth foundations.
