FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundation building and may be used to increase bearing capacity of weak waterlogged soils of natural or manmade composition by formation of reinforcement-converting arrays from reinforcement-converting concrete-cast bored cast-in-place piles with expansions in the base of foundations with the specified values of bearing capacity. The method to arrange reinforcement-converting concrete cast bored cast-in-place piles with expansions in weak waterlogged soils includes making a cylindrical wall by means of reciprocal submersion of a roller for the specified depth with displacement of the soil into space near wells with the help of a roller and formation of a compacted zone at the same time in the near-well space of the well, filling of the cylindrical well with the concrete mix. The body of the reinforcement-converting concrete-cast bored cast-in-place pile with expansions is made by submersion of a solid metal roller made of conical and cylindrical segments and equipped with a longitudinal concrete-cast channel and a tip with concrete cast holes, to the design depth, by means of its rotation clockwise and the applied vertical downward force. Then at the design depth reverse rotation is sent to the solid metal roller (counterclockwise), the tip of the roller opens by 90 degrees and opens concrete casting holes, through which the concrete mix under pressure of 7-10 atm. gets into soil and forms a concrete core of required volume in the foot. Then the pressure of concrete mix feed into the solid metal roller is reduced, and simultaneously in the bottom-up direction by means of reverse rotation (counterclockwise), it is slowly raised with permanent speed and simultaneous feed of the concrete mix under pressure of 4-7 atm. via the opened hole in the tip - into soil, and the upper cylindrical part of the pile body is formed. If necessary to form additional expansions at the specified depth, the raising of the solid metal roller is stopped, concrete mix is again fed at the pressure of 7-10 atm., the expansion of the required volume is formed, then the pressure of the concrete mix is reduced down to 4-7 atm., and with simultaneous slow rise with permanent speed of the solid metal roller they form a cylindrical part of the reinforcement-converting concrete-cast bored cast-in-place pile with expansions. The length of the pile is determined using the given dependence. The concrete mix is used of class B7.5 on the coarse filler of fraction 2-5 mm or 5-10 mm, besides, when the fraction of the coarse filler of 5-10 mm is used, the content of particles in it with size of 10 mm shall not exceed 30%.
EFFECT: higher bearing capacity of weak waterlogged soils.
