FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns building in particular to erection of the pile bases and to technologies of physicomechanical characteristics improvement and building properties of soft, leveed, waterlogged, peaty, silty, swelling, heaving, collapsible, etc., grounds. The method of manufacturing of the chipping in situ pile includes formation of a driven well without dredging; filling the driven well layer-by-layer with a rigid loose mix with the subsequent compaction of each layer, thus in the beginning form a taper-cylindrical driven well using a fusiform roller, and unroll it by extruding the ground with the fusiform roller in a nearby borehole space, forming thus the condensed working area of a driven well, then saturate the driven well a carte with rubble with compaction of every portion using rolling procedure at a full axial force of the fusiform roller, before the moment of the conditional balance arising between reaction of repulse of the ground saturated with rubble and an axial force of the fusiform roller, thus radius of the condensed working area about pile space and the demanded expense of rubble for filling of the unrolled driven well are defined using calculations according the formulas.
EFFECT: increase of a load-carrying capacity of ground foundations.
