SUBSTANCE: proposed here is an impact device for a bore hammer or similar device, with apparatus for transferring impact load or tension impulse to an instrument, linked to the impact device. The apparatus for transferring the tension impulse comprises striking element (2), fixed to housing (1a) of the impact device, and apparatus for applying tension on the striking element and, respectively, for sudden release of tension from striking element (2), after which the strain energy is released in form of a tension impulse, directed to instrument (3), which is directly or indirectly joined to the striking element.
EFFECT: design of an impact device for a bore hammer or similar device, with apparatus for transferring impact load or tension impulse to an instrument, linked to the impact device.
