FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed is method of registration of specific macromolecules in biological sample using combination of two methods: scanning probe microscopy and mass-spectrometry, which allows carrying out registration of macromolecules in analyte solution by method of atom-force microscopy and simultaneously identify caught molecules by means of mass-spectrometry methods. Method allows identifying macromolecules with sensitivity up to 10-19 M in process of carrying out proteomic, virusological, diagnostic research.
EFFECT: increase of method sensitivity.
