FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves using biosensor of resonance mirror with biochip. The biochip has biosensory cell having prisma in its base and waveguide coupled with it. The waveguide is manufactured from high refraction coefficient medium nel and medium layer having low refraction coefficient ncl and thickness values of several hundred nanometers depending on layer material. Oligonucleotide probe is complementary to hepatitis B virus DNA site 5'GACCTTGAGGCATACTTC. Light refraction change is recorded in superficial layer on waveguide boundary during hybridization reaction.

EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
