SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and biology, namely to molecular diagnostics. There is disclosed diagnostic test system based on probe microscopy. Sets of detecting molecules are immobilised on a substrate. The analysed liquid sample is incubated on a substrate. Reference confined molecule complexes formed from incubation on the substrate are detected by an atomic-force microscope. The system is characterised with fast response at the unit-molecule level and allows for simultaneous detection of a number of diseases.

EFFECT: ensured possibility of simultaneous detection of a number of diseases.
