FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves recording macromolecules and their complexes by applying scanning probe microscopy approach and a biochip representing immobilized molecule field capable of interaction in covalent or non-covalent way to the macromolecules under study and/or their complexes on mica substrate having surface treated with electric discharge plasma by applying constant or low frequency voltage to discharge gap between sample and chemically modified Sylane. Biochip is placed into solution containing macromolecules under study and/or their complexes. The macromolecules under study and/or their complexes are caught due to covalent or non-covalent interaction with molecules immobilized on substrate and recorded after having washed the field from nonspecific complexes.
EFFECT: high sensitivity of the method.
