SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgery and can be applicable for high ablation of the lower limb concerning gangrene at patients with diabetic angiopathy and obliterating diseases of vessels of the lower limb. Crossing of anterior group of muscles is carried out slantwise from edge of the flap reduced fasciocutaneous flap with simultaneous allocation and a dressing of vessels. Sawing of a femur and section of an intermuscular septum is carried out from a dorsal surface of the distal piece of femur on a rough line of a hip to level of crossing of medial and back group of muscles. The distal piece of femur is uplifted. Vessels, a sciatic nerve are allocated and dressed separately. Crossing of dorsal group of muscles is carried out more distally ablation level - from a dissect intermuscular septum to a back surface of a hip - receding thus slantwise on 1.0-2.0 cm from edge of the reduced fasciocutaneous flap.

EFFECT: method allows reducing hemorrhage, to accelerate stump healing.
