SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used in regenerative plastic surgery. The device contains a stripper and a basis. The stripper consists from dielectric heat insulating plate with copper interfaced to it, executed in the form of a segment of cylindrical surface, a plate from the interior of which with maintenance of thermal contact three thermoelectric modules opposite seams of which are interfaced to trapezoid liquid radiator, the wide basis adjoining to the dielectric heat insulating plate, and the narrow basis and lateral faces being in thermal contact with seams of the three thermoelectric modules. The space between the bent copper plate and dielectric heat insulating plate, free from thermoelectric modules and a trapezoid liquid radiator is filled by a thermal protection, and on the dielectric heat insulating plate from the side opposite to a trapezoid liquid radiator, the handle is attached and the unions for supply and liquid tap to a trapezoid liquid radiatorare deduced. The basis represents a case from heat insulating material, in which the heat exchanger supplied with unions to which top surface, with maintenance of thermal contact, are brought basic seams of two thermoelectric modules, and their working seams adjoin, with maintenance of thermal contact, to the metal plate. Lateral walls of the case tower over the metal plate of 2-3 mm with formation of two parallel sides.

EFFECT: completely removal of mucous layer from the taken site of small bowel, protecting graft from punching and reduces labour input of the process.
