FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine. Said device contains a thermal action element, two temperature-sensitive elements, and a control unit. The thermal action element comprises a thermoelectric module, a heat sink and two thermal elements wherein the heat sink represents an air radiator with longitudinal radial edges and threaded to a body that is a cylindrical cavity made of polymer material and accommodating in its opposite part a fan covered with a mesh. The thermoelectric module with its support junctions is in thermal contact with the heat sink disk. A working junction of the thermoelectric module is in thermal contact with the first truncated thermal element made of copper. The control unit specifies temperature of the first thermal element directly pressed to a biologically active point. The second thermal element specifies contrast action with respect to the first one within skin area that surrounds said biologically active point been exposed. The temperature of the second thermal element is controlled by rotation variation of the fan.
EFFECT: application of the given device allows maintaining specified temperature and preventing its transcending.
